Shipping policy

All orders are processed & shipped within 24 hours of being placed, with the exception of weekends. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday MST.

Please email customer service at info@vitals-health.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

Domestic USA Orders:

Domestic orders containing 1-5 bottles are shipped USPS First Class, which is a 3-5 day delivery time.

Orders with 6+ bottles are shipped USPS Priority, which is a 2-3 day delivery time

All orders will be given a tracking number and courier contact information.

Global (Outside USA) Orders:

International orders are shipped with USPS Global Post with the average of 7-14 day delivery.
